The Belleria™, approved for wet locations, is a great choice for porches, verandas, waterfront homes and patios. With this enchanting fan, the party goes on - rain or shine.
  • 48" to 52" blade sweep, depending on blade set.
  • 20° blade pitch.
  • 188 x 25 motor with Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Can use wet location blade sets or traditional blade sets.
  • Three forward and three reverse speeds with switch located on switch cup.
  • 6" wet location downrod included, longer lengths downrods available (use DRW series wet downrods).
  • 80" lead wires.
  • Ceiling slope to 30°(up to 52° with SCB52)
  • Optional controls sold separately.

I had found this fan at a local store, but it cost $100 more, and I was told it had to be ordered and wouldn't be in for 4-6 weeks so I decided to look on-line. Needless to say I found it here for a more reasonable cost and received it within a week of placing my order. We're very happy with it!

I love this fan! The natural palm blades are just what I imagined. The fan is quiet, beautiful, and contrary to what you might expect, moves the air quite nicely. This fan was quite a bit more expensive on other websites! Couldnt be happier!
