Product Description

This style of low voltage surface mount fixture has a 4½" base designed to cover a 4" outlet box and is made to be surface mounted on ceilings, walls, and floors. This fixture uses a MR16, 20w - 50w lamp. It has a built-in 60w electronic transformer and is made for front access providing easy re-lamping. It dims with a general electronic dimmer or standard incandescent dimmer. Possesing a convenient wide range of motion, this fixture can range 90° vertical and 356° rotational and is available in black or white finish.

  • Q: Is there a way to wire these lights without penetrating the ceiling , some sort of a wire mold raceway ?

    1 Answer
    A: Unfortunately the fixture that you referenced is meant to be surfance mount using a an electrical box. Any installation that varies from the norm would void the UL certification.
